The teaching
Throughout the year, you will receive targeted instruction from experienced teachers in both leadership and event planning. How to get an audience? How to speak on a stage in front of many people? How do you put together the perfect program?
Exactly which events you create on the course are shaped by the scholars’ own ideas and initiatives. Perhaps it will be an intimate concert with a local artist, a grand theme party, a charity event, or a surprise evening for the whole school. With creative brainstorming, commitment, and good collaboration, anything can become a reality.
You get a unique experience in project management, and there will be plenty of laughter, community, and pride in your own efforts, guaranteed.
As a scholar, you not only get to help create events at the school, but you also get to experience what the event culture is like elsewhere. How do you get the artists to show up, and what agreements should you make? Which artists fit together on a stage program? How many tickets do you have to sell to be able to pay the fee? All this and much more are questions we may be working on during the year.
You plan a study trip together with your fellow scholars, and together you find a relevant destination. The study trip will give you experiences, learning, memories, and impressions that you can take with you later in life.

Study trip
In the autumn, you get a unique opportunity to experience Nepal – a country rich in culture, nature, and strong encounters between people. The trip starts in Kathmandu, where you get to feel the pulse of a vibrant city life with colorful markets, temples, and a very special energy.
Then the journey continues towards the mountains, where the group will go trekking in Mardi Himal – a trip that offers both physical challenge, nature experiences, and community. Here, the scholars get to feel the contrasts between the big city’s hustle and bustle and the beautiful Himalayas’ silence.
Along the way, we visit aid projects in collaboration with FORUT, including the Balikà Peace Home orphanage. You gain a deeper understanding of how aid and cooperation can create change in people’s lives.
Join a journey that touches, challenges, and inspires.
